Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading a project’s delivery team through the successful delivery of all projects. Project Managers may manage one or more client engagements at the same time. They manage Coastal Cloud resources and interface with client members to most effectively meet budget, delivery, and customer satisfaction goals. They manage risks and resolve issues via regular status meetings with the project team and all stakeholders.

Solution Architect

The Solution Architect is responsible for owning the overall design of the technical solution as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client needs. They provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications to support business and product strategies. A Solution Architect facilitates discovery sessions to understand client processes and challenges and translates findings into technical requirements supported by a documented solution design. They provide thoughtful leadership and communication to project and client team members in order to build the foundation as a trusted partner.

Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help support our continued growth. This position will be hybrid in our Atlanta office. A successful candidate will have a results-oriented demeanor, the ability to multi-task in a rapidly-changing work environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency at regularly attaining KPIs by adhering to a detailed and repeatable lead development process.

Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing the customer experience. They serve as the trusted advisor to customers in their portfolio while leading project teams from pre-sales through the entire implementation. Engagement Manager success is measured by the ultimate success of the Customers in their portfolio and responsibilities broadly include Engagement Management, Client Management, Business Development, Client Success, and Project Management.

Technical Architect

The Technical Architect role involves working with Solution Architects to design high-quality technology solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale. They identify design risks, trade-offs, and alternatives, recommend approaches for performance and scalability optimization, lead proof of concept efforts to determine best and optimal solutions and tools.

Marketing Cloud Solution Architect

Marketing Cloud Solutions Architects provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to support business and product strategies. Solutions Architects lead technical requirements gathering sessions and oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system design documentation.

CPQ Solution Architect

Solutions Architects provide technical guidance, design, and architecture to the development of Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications to support business and product strategies. This role is primarily focused on quote-to-cash (QTC) business processes using Salesforce CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud) and contract lifecycle management (CLM). Solutions Architects lead technical requirements gathering sessions and design, oversee, and approve the creation and maintenance of application and system design documentation. This role will serve as the specialist on Salesforce QTC initiatives and provide architectural and design leadership.

Data Architect

The Data Architect is responsible for contributing to aspects of our data practice and participating in the definition of the overall data architecture for client projects as well as researching best practices based on client needs. The Data Architect participates in discovery sessions to understand client business, applications and data and translates findings into technical requirements supported by a documented design. They participate actively on the implementation team through all phases of the life cycle; including design, build, test, deploy, and maintenance.

Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us support our continued growth. The Project Manager is responsible for leading a project’s delivery team through the successful delivery of all projects. CPQ Consultant

The CPQ Consultant will be crucial in mapping out the Quote to Cash process (QTC) with clients and ensuring implementation of Salesforce best practices are followed. You are responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, user story development, prototyping, process design, testing, training, and supporting implementations. You can articulate best practices for configuring out-of-the-box functionality and write requirements for a custom approach, focused on helping drive the CPQ solution design for our clients while building strong client relationships.

Directors impact the way our team delivers customer solutions, collaborates as a team, and provides transformational leadership across the board for our customers. They play a significant role in creating meaningful work for our consultants, defining processes, and innovating on accelerators that help drive better engagement with customers. Additionally, this individual will work to recruit, hire, staff, and train consultants in the practice. The Director will play a significant role in taking the organization to the next level of performance, helping to scale the organization and its capabilities.
