Responsibilities

  • Partner with Coastal Leadership on Client relationship with Key Stakeholders and Steering Committee Members.
  • Lead multiple work streams in a multi-cloud environment
  • Establish engagement and operating model with various stakeholders
  • Provide necessary project updates to various stakeholders at various forums
  • Provide strategic direction to expand Coastal Cloud’s footprint at 1-2 clients/programs
  • Serve as relationship owner for assigned client/program
  • Works in partnership with Engagement Managers and Directors within the team to identify potential escalation points and address them
  • Provide real time mentorship to program team members, and other Project Managers
  • Drive forecast accuracy across their programs
  • Establish project delivery plan and track progress & milestones
  • Proactively identify and manage issues/risks to the project delivery
  • Manage project dependencies, represent project in various cross-project forum
  • Help team with estimations techniques, sprint planning, and tracking
  • Drive decisions around priorities with client and internal teams
  • Highly involved in the development of Project Delivery CoE Best Practices

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working as Program Manager or in an enterprise project environment leading large technology implementations.  
  • 10+ years of PMO experience
  • 5+ years of consulting experience
  • Competent to manage $2M+ programs annually
  • Proficient in maintaining key relationships with the client
  • Leads internal and client teams across the program, drives key decisions, provides thoughtful leadership to client, drives & maintains key metrics across program (Forecast accuracy, Profitability, etc) towards successful completion of the program
  • Experience with Salesforce project implementation
  • Expertise in using project management tools like Smartsheets, Lucid charts, Google Apps, MS Office etc
  • Experience managing 10+ team members, including Project Managers
  • Technical background in software development, testing, and automation
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and Quality Control Processes
  • Ability to help identify roadmap items and collaborate with Engagement Manager/Director to develop a plan of action
  • Assist Engagement Manager/Director in the development of scopes of work and other contract-related documents to drive relationship success
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and risk management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience holding Project Team(s) accountable for following company and SLDC procedures, processes, and utilizing tools
  • Ability to onboard and work on different project management tools
  • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization

Additional Requirements

  • Substantial industry or vertical experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce technical certification in Salesforce (Admin certified) Preferred
  • Ability to travel, as needed
  • CSM, Agile or PMP certifications nice to have
