You will own the full responsibility for a specific industry or market within our portfolio, driving growth and executing sales strategies that align with our company’s vision and revenue goals. You will be accountable for industry-specific best practices, sales enablement, pipeline generation, bookings goals, and ensuring the quality of bookings supports revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the sales strategy, execution, and success for your designated industry or market
  • Maintain industry and company best practices for sales execution, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee pipeline generation goals, bookings goals, and quality of bookings to support revenue achievement and long-term growth of at least $15M
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and execution.
  • Engage with executive-level prospects and buyers to expand our customer base and close new business with net new accounts.
  • Build long-term partnerships through a consultative sales approach that aligns our solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Partner with Salesforce RVPs and AEs to drive new opportunities and strengthen our presence within the ecosystem.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on deal structuring, including pricing strategies, estimating, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, providing strategic guidance and hands-on coaching.
  • Implement sales enablement strategies, ensuring team members have the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to be successful.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration between sales, delivery, and business unit leadership to ensure smooth execution from opportunity to project delivery.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management practices to maintain visibility into business health and drive predictability.
  • Ensure all sales cycles are managed efficiently, maintaining a balance of speed and thoroughness in deal execution.
  • Develop and deliver Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with our methodology, ensuring scope, expectations, and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Drive internal collaboration with delivery teams to ensure customer success and seamless project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to establish credibility and thought leadership.

Required Skills, Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem or related SaaS consulting space.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing an industry-specific portfolio with $15M+ in annual bookings.
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing and scaling quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment, contract negotiation, and execution.
  • Ability to influence C-level executives, guiding them through strategic decision-making and solution alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven sales decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support sales cycles and client engagements.
  • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
