Milissa Holland brings over 20  years of executive-level expertise to Coastal Cloud as the nationwide Director of Healthcare. Prior to joining the Coastal Cloud family, she served as the first female Commissioner and Chair on the Flagler County Board of Commissioners and went on to be elected Mayor of the City of Palm Coast. During her Mayorship, she negotiated healthcare-related educational opportunities for local students with both Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida, she served on numerous Local, Regional, State and National Boards representing a variety of interests and advancing their strategic goals and spent many years advocating for strong partnerships, alliances and results-driven exercises.  Milissa has also protected the interests of local governments in the State of Florida as a Lobbyist with Southern Strategy Group. She was recently appointed to serve on the Payer/Provider Partner Advisory Board for Salesforce where she brings a much needed perspective to product features, industry vision and future programs with Salesforce Executives. She continues to live and work in the Palm Coast, Florida area.

As a CIO and CTO, Jim has been the catalyst in organizations that need to leverage new technology. He has been a technology executive in large healthcare organizations and has created products and services as the SVP of Strategy and Product Management in venture-funded startups. In addition to building high-performing teams, his primary strength is an ability to analyze data and processes – revealing trends, identifying opportunities, and offering solutions.

Patricia Campbell brings 6+ years of SaaS sales and consulting experience to her role as Healthcare Business Development Manager. She’s spent the last 3 years navigating the Salesforce ecosystem, both selling the Salesforce platform on the product side for a variety of industry use cases, and leading large scale complex implementations as a consultant.
