We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help support our continued growth. This position will be hybrid in our Atlanta office. The CPQ Consultant will be crucial in mapping out the Quote to Cash process (QTC) with clients and ensuring implementation of Salesforce best practices are followed. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us support our continued growth. The Project Manager is responsible for leading a project’s delivery team through the successful delivery of all projects. Project Managers may be managing one or more client engagements at the same time. They manage Coastal Cloud resources and interface with client members to most effectively meet budget, delivery, and customer satisfaction goals. They manage risks and resolve issues via regular status meetings with the project team and all stakeholders as well as internal escalation paths and support systems.

The Solution Architect is responsible for owning the overall design of the technical solution as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client needs. They provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications to support business and product strategies. A Solution Architect facilitates discovery sessions to understand client processes and challenges and translates findings into technical requirements supported by a documented solution design. They provide thoughtful leadership and communication to project and client team members in order to build the foundation as a trusted partner.

The Technical Architect role involves working with Solution Architects to design high-quality technology solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale, they identify design risks, trade-offs, and alternatives, recommend approaches for performance and scalability optimization, lead proof of concept efforts to determine best and optimal solutions and tools.
