Coastal is looking for motivated individuals interested in launching a career in technology consulting. This entry-level, onsite position, with training included, is designed for those with an interest in technology, consulting and networking, and learning new tangible skills through a (fun!) comprehensive experience. We are looking for recent college graduates, both undergraduate and graduate, with an interest in technology or consulting to join our team.

The initial training program at the start of your position will provide you with the hard skills needed to be successful in the technology industry. You’ll closely work alongside top industry leaders, shadowing real client calls and internal meetings, creating a team-focused case study based on real client scenarios, and of course, experiencing a fun and flexible team culture at one of the top Salesforce partners in the country. After successful completion of the training period, you’ll have gained hands-on Salesforce knowledge, communication and presentation skills, networking and career development, and much more!
