Responsibilities
Drive new business development and account growth by aligning Coastal’s consulting services with Snowflake’s data platform.
Collaborate with Snowflake sales teams—account executives, RVPs, and AVPs—to co-develop joint GTM plans that drive pipeline and revenue.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding both technical and business challenges and mapping tailored Snowflake-based solutions.
Manage all phases of the sales cycle: from opportunity identification, solution design, proposal development, and scope estimation through to close and successful delivery.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, deliver compelling demos, and lead client presentations focused on business outcomes and innovation.
Maintain strong relationships with Salesforce sales teams and customer success managers to identify opportunities for integrated Snowflake-Salesforce solutions.
Identify and lead key consulting engagements focused on data modernization, analytics enablement, and digital transformation.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual services bookings and revenue targets.
Serve as the primary liaison between Coastal and Snowflake, ensuring alignment of strategy, communication, and client value.
Build credibility and long-term client partnerships by consistently delivering successful consulting engagements and demonstrating thought leadership.
Required Skills, Education and Experience
6+ years of experience in enterprise sales or GTM roles with a strong record of achieving multi-million-dollar sales goals.
Significant experience in selling data consulting or professional services, with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or digital transformation.
Proven success in driving complex sales cycles within the Snowflake ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to operate within cross-functional environments involving sales engineering, marketing, legal, delivery, and finance teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
Ability to build and execute territory/account plans in partnership with technology providers like Snowflake and Salesforce.
Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
Additional Requirements
Hands-on understanding of how to position combined Salesforce-Snowflake solutions, including customer 360, analytics, and data enrichment use cases.
Experience working within or with large consulting or professional services firms.
Familiarity with data warehousing, business intelligence, AI/ML, or data governance frameworks.
Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem, especially in scenarios where data integration, analytics, or CDP is a focus, highly preferred.
Track record of success navigating and influencing within matrixed enterprise environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and customer advocacy.
Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Tableau, CRM Analytics, and/or MuleSoft, especially in the context of data integration or insight generation.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
