Coastal is looking for motivated individuals interested in building real-world experience in technology consulting through our Junior Analyst program. Designed for current university students near one of our office locations, this program is ideal for those curious about technology, consulting, and networking—and eager to develop practical skills through a comprehensive (and genuinely fun) internship experience offered during the summer, fall, or spring terms.
This part-time, paid internship runs 8–12 weeks (depending on the term) and focuses on building the core skills needed to succeed in the technology industry. You’ll work closely with experienced industry professionals, shadow real client calls and internal meetings, and collaborate on a team-based case study rooted in real client scenarios.
By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with hands-on Salesforce exposure, stronger communication and presentation skills, meaningful professional connections, and a solid foundation for your future career in technology consulting.
