This role serves as the market expert and GTM partner for assigned industries and capabilities, responsible for clear services positioning and GTM execution, including service packaging, use cases, narratives, and field-ready assets. The PMM partners with the business and Market Strategy Specialists year-round to evolve messaging, launch new use case solutions, refresh GTM assets, track market shifts, capture customer stories, and continuously strengthen how Coastal shows up in the market.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-growing organization. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to build from the ground up, strong judgment in prioritization, and a self-starter mindset.
