A Message From Our CEO: Coastal’s New Chapter

Today marks an exciting moment in Coastal’s journey. This morning we announced that Coastal has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions whose values and vision align closely with our own — in the largest professional services acquisition ever in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Coastal was founded in 2012 with a simple but powerful mission: to help organizations do more with Salesforce and data. From day one, we have focused on delivering exceptional outcomes, building trusted partnerships, and bringing technology and strategy together to help clients thrive in a constantly evolving world. Being a trusted advisor is not a moniker we take lightly, it is the foundation of who we are.

Over the years, we’ve built an incredible brand and a loyal customer base by staying true to that mission. As we looked toward the future, we knew we wanted to bring even more meaningful work to clients and expand opportunities for our team. TCS emerged as the ideal partner to help us do that.
