The Best Places to Work in Kentucky Program celebrates Coastal Cloud as the 3rd Best Place to Work Among Large Companies.
Coastal Cloud was recognized alongside 100 other companies at Kentucky’s Best Places to Work 19th Annual awards ceremony, celebrating the commitment these companies have made to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence. The Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a survey and awards program sponsored by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) in partnership with Workforce Research Group.
Ranking third among large companies in Kentucky, Coastal Cloud has been operating an office in Louisville since 2016 and the Lexington office opened in 2021. This is the first year the company has applied for the award which includes an extensive application process as well as an anonymous survey that is distributed to Kentucky-based employees and their supervisors.
Founded in 2012, Coastal Cloud is a Salesforce Expert Partner providing consulting, implementation and managed services for businesses, nonprofits, and the public sector. With a team of over 500 experts holding more than 1,700 Salesforce certifications, Coastal Cloud has been recognized by Salesforce for the past 3 years as the only winner of the Customer Success Award out of 2200 partners worldwide.

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a survey and awards program that honors employers in Kentucky that are making their workplaces great. This is a project of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) in partnership with Workforce Research Group. Applicants must meet certain criteria and complete both an employer assessment as well as an employee feedback survey which are combined to determine the best workplaces.
