Tim and Sara Hale, co-founders and managing partners, started Coastal Cloud in 2012 with the goal of creating a modern consulting firm focused on client outcomes and led by expert consultants who would enjoy a work/life balance that was lacking in the industry.

Coastal Cloud is the only platinum Salesforce consulting partner headquartered in Florida. We use our expertise in Force.com and Salesforce.org to help our clients move away from inflexible, costly, legacy systems and business models, and towards a new generation of solutions that are flexible, affordable, mobile and social. We partner with our clients to plan and execute a migration to next-generation systems that focus on our client’s mission, not on systems issues. We are experts at program management, project execution, business analysis, data modeling, data migration, user training and the skills necessary for a successful migration to next-generation technologies.

    Sara Hale

    Co-founder, Managing Partner

    Sara is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Coastal Cloud. A senior business operations and technology executive, Sara has 25+ years in the Technology Consulting industry with demonstrated expertise in cloud-based technologies and innovative, domestic service delivery models. Sara has significant experience with all operational aspects of the technology consulting business including service delivery, financial reporting, billing and collections, human resources, recruiting, staff development and facilities management. In recent years, Sara has developed deep client experience in Workforce Development and Economic Development.

    Tim Hale

    Co-founder, Managing Partner

    Tim has 25+ years of consulting experience (including 21 years as a partner at Accenture) leading many large, complex transformation programs utilizing global delivery models. Tim has deep knowledge of several industries, business processes, enterprise data architectures, and operational systems. Tim architected Coastal Cloud’s unique domestic SaaS delivery model.

    Chris has 25 years of experience as a business executive and consultant. He specialized in the consumer goods industry; supply chain, logistics, ERP and major corporate change initiatives. With Accenture, he led project teams on engagements generating as much as $100M. After Accenture, Chris guided a startup consumer goods company’s transition to a global $140M company.

  • Erik Dunnigan

    Erik Dunnigan

    Managing Director – Midwest Region & Nationwide Public Sector

    Erik has 15+ years of leadership experience in both the private and public sector. He is a nationally respected expert in Economic and Workforce Development having led major operational and technology transformations in the public sector over the last decade. Most recently he held the position of acting Secretary for the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development (CED) initiating a major, state-wide implementation of Salesforce.com. His experience spanning corporate, small business, and government enables Coastal Cloud unique client engagement across a diverse industry base.

    Lori Lenehan

    Managing Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group

    Lori has 25+ years of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) consulting experience across many industries, specializing in healthcare and communications. Prior to joining Coastal Cloud, Lori was a partner with Accenture in their CRM and Salesforce practice working with Sales & Marketing Cloud.

    Tom has 20+ years of management and technology consulting experience delivering projects of all sizes in various industries with a focus on telecommunications, healthcare, energy, and utilities. Tom was Managing Director for a leading regional consulting firm establishing their presence in the Carolinas. Tom holds multiple delivery certifications including Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master.

    Sean has over 25 years of Executive leadership across industries, including Higher Education, Automotive, Telecom, Biotech and Public Health and Technology consulting. He is experienced in IT operations, product management and technical innovation and has expertise in aligning business and technology priorities and bridging the gaps between them. Before joining Coastal Cloud, Sean was the AVP of Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park. Sean also helps lead the expansion of Coastal Cloud’s foothold within the nonprofit and higher education industries.

    Brian has over 10 years of consulting experience. He has expertise across many industries, but specializes in emerging technologies and marketing automation. Brian previously worked in the aviation and aerospace industry and is an Army veteran.

    Jamey has spent over two decades delivering exceptional client value at companies spanning from 2 person startups to Fortune 10 enterprises. Prior to Coastal Cloud, Jamey was in executive roles at several early-stage SaaS businesses where he built and led award-winning Customer Success organizations. Earlier in his career, Jamey was a VP at Discovery Communications where he co-founded a new mobile products division, executed digital media M&A transactions, and ran the technology organization that developed Discovery’s portfolio of 15 consumer-facing websites and online video products. Jamey began his career at Accenture in the firm’s Communications, High Tech, Media & Entertainment practice.

    Milissa Holland

    Director Of Business Development – Public Sector

    Milissa has 15+ years of experience and brings a unique perspective and ability to Coastal Cloud, having served several years as a County Commissioner she chaired the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy in the Region, served on the Workforce Development Board, chaired the Tourist Development Council and represented the County on several Local, Regional, State and National Boards. As a lobbyist, she created an entire division within her firm representing Local and State government. As Mayor, she is creating an innovation district, understanding how technology drives efficiencies and allows for more customer engagement and is a job creator. Milissa created and developed her own talk radio show discussing issues with invited guests from local and state governments and organizations. The weekly show brought to the listening public ideas for bridging the divide between local and State governments through a mutual understanding of their respective roles and the importance of working together.

    Gene has 30+ years experience developing, enhancing, and managing information technology systems. Gene has a talent for molding technical and nontechnical individuals into motivated, high-performing teams. Gene has led the development and implementation of several enterprise solutions. His expertise in systems architecture is particularly noteworthy, crossing many industries, but his foundational strength lies within the technology, healthcare and communications industries. Gene holds both Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications. Gene has managed over 80 Salesforce Implementation projects.

    Director – Adoption & Training Program Development

    Melinda has 15+ years of experience in technology, business process and communications and has managed multi-million dollar projects for notable brands including AT&T, Netflix and JP Morgan Chase. She’s specialized in strategic planning, change management, and communication plan development and execution. Melinda has a passion for entrepreneurialism and people development. She has served as a principal in several technology-based start-ups from conception through funding, staffing and operations. Melinda’s current focus leverages her experience allowing Coastal Cloud to address how the human component affects the success of a new system launch. Her team works with clients on enterprise transformations including roll-out strategies, training programs, system analytics to measure engagement, and other structured methodologies to help drive user adoption.

    Kathy has 25 years of Nonprofit and Public Sector consulting experience. Her work experience includes leading nonprofit organizations, such as National Public Radio (NPR) and Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA), and executive level government agencies, such as the IRS and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through all aspects of the system implementation process. Kathy has a passion for utilizing technology to enable organizations to achieve their mission.

Before joining Coastal Cloud, Eric led a team that was accountable for delivering Caesars Entertainment’s vision of revolutionizing the hospitality and guest experience. He is responsible for amplifying marketing solutions with a cross cloud mindset.

    Chad has over 20 years of experience architecting complex CRM and Billing software integration solutions. He has a deep level of understanding of both the business and technology sides of CRM and Billing platforms. Chad has been on involved with both the Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing products from their beginning, and uses his strong business and technical acumen to implement both of those platforms in a full Quote To Cash solution.

    Matt has two decades of experience in Marketing and Sales. After his service as an Army Infantry Officer, he worked for a major global medical device sales and manufacturing company. He progressed through several roles in both marketing and sales and led multiple product launches with global impact. Just prior to joining Coastal Cloud, he created a global education system for employees and customers, led a company-wide implementation of Salesforce.com, and led the marketing team for North America.
