Responsibilities
Drives the delivery team, drives desired professional behaviors, motivates the team to the highest levels of performance and ensures that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully.
Responsible for monitoring/managing budget, including coordination with Directors and clients on Change Orders as necessary
Responsible for creating and adjusting resource allocations and schedules, communicating expectations to team members
Maintains project documentation, requirements, and progress tracking through Coastal Cloud systems
Creates and disseminates project status updates and other documentation
Manages project tasks and deliverables to completion by assigning work and overseeing regular team stand-ups
Manages the client relationship throughout the engagement to build and maintain a strong customer relationship.
Continually assesses people, processes, and technology risks and adjusts project plans to address them accordingly.
Provides mentoring and guidance to Coastal Cloud project team members
Leverages a solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite in order to validate key design options and present proposed solutions to all levels of client management
Supports change control best practices
Responsible for reviewing team member timesheets, accounting time to invoices, and managing invoices through to on-time payment
Collaborates with Leadership on new contracts
Assists with Client Satisfaction Surveys after the completion of Projects
Achieves and maintains necessary Salesforce technical certifications and Salesforce partner certifications
Required Skills, Education and Experience
Previous experience with software development life cycle (SLDC), Agile or Hybrid preferred
5+ years of full life-cycle professional services implementation experience
Previous experience leading project teams
A minimum of an active Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certification required
Strong client management and organizational skills
Exceptional writing and presentation skills
Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
Note – Determination of Senior will be based upon the candidate’s previous relevant experience and depth of skills, and will be determined through our skills interview process
Additional Requirements
Travel, as required by client or project milestones
Demonstrates a basic level of knowledge of common enterprise systems CRM or ERP
Bachelor’s degree in a related area or relevant work experience preferred
